Friday, July 24, 11am-12am
Saturday, July 25, 11am-12am

Alcoholic Beverages To accommodate adult festival visitors alcoholic beverages are sold at the Lakeview Cafι in Breitbeck Park. Please drink responsibly and remember the City of Oswego enforces its "open container law" in all public areas.
Bicycles and Skateboards Use of skateboards, in line skates, and bicycles is prohibited within all Harborfest venues.
Blankets and Tarps An evening crew will dispose of items left in the parks after the park closes. The City of Oswego does not allow placement of tarps, blankets or plastic sheets in parks for fireworks viewing prior to Saturday morning July 25. Placement of stakes and rocks to secure these materials is prohibited at all times and will be removed.
Boating Restrictions
Please obey restrictions on docking and mooring by the respective waterfront authorities. All vessels must stay clear of an 850-foot safety zone around the fireworks area (see map) on Saturday, July 25.
Emergency Services
In the event of an emergency you can call 911 on your cell phone. If you do not have a cell phone, or if you cannot complete the call, locate the nearest Harborfest Information Center or Police Officer to report the emergency. First-aid services are available at Information Centers, which display the familiar Red-Cross sign.
Fireworks Traffic Restrictions
For the safety of pedestrians walking to the harbor area to view the fireworks spectacular, the City of Oswego closes certain downtown streets to auto traffic at 5:30pm on Saturday, July 25.
Parking
During the festival the City of Oswego enforces all parking regulations. Unauthorized vehicles in no-parking zones or reserved parking spaces will be towed at owner's expense. For your convenience Harborfest recommends you use the Park & Ride parking areas located at SUNY Oswego, Rt. 104 West or the Oswego Speedway, Rt. 104 East. (Parking in these areas is $5 per car, per day.) There is also additional public parking at the old Price Chopper parking lot at East 2nd Street for just $10 per car - NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ALLOWED - overnight parked vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.
Festival Trolley Service ($3 per button)
Getting around the festival by trolley is made easy on either the east or west side of the river. Ride the trolleys all weekend for the purchase of one $3 trolley button. Consult the map for trolley routes on the east and west side of Oswego.
Trolley hours of operation are:
Thursday, July 23-noon-11pm (WEST Side Only)
Friday, July 24-noon-11pm;
Saturday, July 25-10am-11pm (fireworks restrictions in the evening).
Sunday-July 26 from 10am-6pm.
Water Taxi
Catch the Water Taxi along the River Walks near the old Coleman's Restaurant if you're on the West side, and near Patz Restaurant if you're on the East side. For a small fee you can take the short but calming trip where East meets West along the river fronts.
Lost Child Tags & Lost Children
If you're visiting the festival with young children, it's a good idea to pick up and fill out a Price Chopper "Lost Child Tag," available at any Information Center. In the event your child is lost, the tag provides volunteers with helpful information. If you cannot locate your child, please go to the nearest Information Center.
Pets Pets are not allowed in festival venues except for guide or service dogs.
Recycling Do your part to keep festival areas clean by using the handy garbage cans for non-recyclable items (food items etc). All recyclable items (glass, plastic) must be placed in containers labeled "Recycle Here."
Novelis and Harborfest encourage you to deposit your empty aluminum beverage can in specially marked recycling cans donated by Anheuser Busch and located conveniently throughout the festival. Proceeds from recycling these cans will help support Habitat for Humanity projects in Oswego County.
Please remember that broken glass is a hazard to festival visitors, especially small children. Please help keep others safe, do not bring glass containers to the festival.
